1. PROBLEM DOMAIN

1.1 Background to the Problem

Due to the increase of harassment like rape and cyberbullying day by day the project
secure-serv will be created to reduce such incidents occurring in the future.
Lack of humanities, social ethics, basic principles and not being afraid of getting caught
are the root cause of the problem. Severe harassments like these are increasing
dangerously and this must be stopped otherwise it will become intolerable for our society.

1.2 Solution to the Problem

By collaborating with security service of a government the system will work like a
backend by internet keyword filtering to capture abusive and offensive activities. Because
of not being able to prevent these harassments totally, at most we can do is reduce the
amount if even by a few by monitoring suspicious activities. The system can be sold to
other similar affected countries which are in need of this software. It is mainly a security
service system which will be operated by a software and purpose of the software is to
reduce social harassments and cyber bullying. The software will monitor suspicious
activities by filtering internet keywords and abusive conversations to decrease the
activities at a satisfying rate. This will also ensure anonymity of the victim and it will
serve opportunely.
