My research focuses on the impact of Netflix on today's students. My hypothesis is that Netflix is
socializing students & they have to fight to addicted to Netflix. My survey contains thirteen main
questions, and three statistical ones answered by forty-six people: male and female. All above 16
years of age. My survey asks for specific details about the problem today's students faced with
Netflix. My survey analysis will cover five essential questions. The first question I asked them
was binge-watching harmful for the students, with 85% of the surveyed saying that binge-
watching is dangerous. My second question asked how Netflix effect the life of the students.
This was a question that could have more than one answer. 44.2% said that a little bit, while
37.2% mentioned that Netflix affects students' lives very severely. Only 5% of people said that it
would not affect their lives if a student doesn't allow that. My third question asked the students
who are using Netflix what kind of health problem they are facing. 40.5% said that they would
face an over-weight situation, 23.8% mentioned that they would face depression. 5% said that it
would affect their eyesight, and 9% mentioned that Netflix is not connected with health. My
fourth question asked was Netflix makes students social or unsocial. This is a 50% and 50%
situation. When I analyze the brief answers, I understand that most people said Netflix could
make unsocial, but it depends on some matters. My fifth question asked how they could solve the
problem. 82.2% said that students could solve the problem by controlling its uses, 11.1%
mentioned that there was no way to get rid of it, and 6.7% said they should stop using Netflix.
Therefore, from the above analysis, I can conclude that my hypothesis was not proven fully.
