Welcome to your ATC training on VATSIM!

If you haven’t yet made a training request: If you have already made a training request:

First of all, we invite you to read the ATC Career page on the Vatita We undestand that your waiting in the list could be lasting from

Following that, if you want to request training, you can do it by
sending an email at the address: [email protected]. We’ll answer If you’ve already made a training request, you’ll be automatically
providing you the access to the calendar of instructors’ availability. granted the access to the calendar of instructors’ availability, and
you’ll be able to book a lesson with the available instructors.
If you’re requesting an S2 rating or higher, we invite you to verify on
this Discord message, that you meet all the requirements before For any issue, including calendar access, send us an email at
requesting training, otherwise your request will be rejected. [email protected].

In both cases, we kindly ask you to be patient, and to not contact multiple instructors at the same time.
Unfortunately, in addition to the new requests, there are also those who were in the waiting list from months that need to begin their training,
so for the first few months, the system will be fairly overloaded.

Also remember that every instructor can provide training for all rating equal or lower than the one specified in the slot.
For example, an S3 slot can be booked for training of S1, S2 and S3;
but an S1 slot cannot be booked for training of S2 or higher.

ATTENTION
Our ATC mentors are all Vatita controllers and users, who dedicate their free time to provide
the required training to those who have the passion and the interest of becoming controllers themselves.
Please, book no less than 4 hours before the slot’s time, and if you have to cancel a booking, do it with a max. 2 hours notice.
Furthermore, to avoid inconvenience to users and mentors, we kindly ask you to not request training if it’s not your intention to finish it.
