F4 Chapter 3 (Exercise 6)

This document contains sample chemistry exercises and questions about determining empirical formulas through experimentation and calculation. [1] It includes sample data tables and diagrams of apparatus set-ups used to determine the empirical formulas of magnesium oxide and copper oxide. [2] Questions assess understanding of empirical formula determination and calculation based on given mass data and relative atomic masses. [3] Additional questions test concepts like percentage composition and using empirical formulas and molecular masses to determine molecular formulas.
