    With reference to the above subject and further to the person visit and discussion had with your good
    self, we are submitting our most competitive offer for your kind approval.

    01. Scope of work:

    Copper Slag Blasting, Thermal Spray Aluminium coating (TSAC) & Supply & application of two coat of HR
    Aluminium Paint on your Chimney & wire brush and one coat of Metallic enamel paint on your
    Structures at your plant Whitefield.

    02. Our Scope:


    a) All tools and tackles, to carry out the job will be in our scope.
    b) Technical and non- technical team with all PPE’S will be in our scope.
    c) All Consumables like Copper Slag, Aluminum Wire & Paint will be in our scope.
    d) Air compressor will be in our scope.
    e) Necessary scaffolding will be in our scope.

    03. Your Scope:


    a) 3 phase, 75 HP Power for Compressor & 20 HP Power for Arc Spraying Rectifier and lighting will be in
    Your scope.
    b) Necessary Gate pass for our workers & supervisor will be in your scope.
    c) If any Pollution Problem (Dust) arises you have to clear.
    04. Rate Schedules:

    Towards the cost of Copper Slag Blasting to Swedish (SIS 05-
    2 5900-1967) SA 2½ (SSPC-SP - 10), ISO: 8501-1 & Application SQM Rs.2850/-
    of two coats of Heat Resistance Paint on your chimney at In-
    situ condition at your Whitefield plant.
    PART 3:Copper slag blasting & TSAC & Painting of Chimney
    Towards the cost of Copper Slag Blasting to Swedish (SIS 05-
    5900-1967) SA 2½ (SSPC-SP - 10), ISO:8501-1, Aluminizing
    3 [Thermal Spray Aluminium Coating-TSAC] as per IS: 5905, BS: SQM Rs.3800/-
    2569 (Part I & Part 2) & BS: 5493, to the thickness of 200-
    225 Microns for Corrosion & Heat Resistance & Application
    of two coats of Heat Resistance Paint on your chimney at In-
    situ condition at your Whitefield plant.
    05. Terms & Conditions:
    a) The price quoted is Ex-your plant at Whitefield.
    b) Applicable tax 40% on Supply part KVAT@ 14% & 60% on Service Tax @ 12.36%.
    c) Payment: 30% along with work order 70% after completion of job.
    d) This offer is valid for 15 days from the date hereof.
    e) Subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
