Minutes of the Recruitment Committee Meeting held at RO Calicut on 18-11-2010

The Chief Postmaster General, Trivandrum has constituted the Recruitment

Committee consisting the following members for selection of the candidate of the cadre
of Pas in Calicut Division vide memo No Rectt/9-1/2010 dated 21 September 2010.

1. Sri P Ramakrishnan, SSPOs Calicut Division : Chairman

2. Shri P.V.Janardhanan, SRM CT’ Division :Member
3. Sri K.Balan, Supdt. PSD Calicut : Member
4. Sri.A.C.Philip, AD (Staff) : Member (minority)

The recruitment committee convened the meeting on 18-11-2010 at 9.30 hours

in the conference hall of RO Calicut, to finalise the selection.

The vacancy declared for Calicut Division is as follows,

The cover containing the marklist of aptitude test and sealed cover containing
the marklist of date entry and typing test were opened in the presence of the committee.
After compiling the marks in the aptitude test, typing test and date entry the final
combined merit has been prepared. The committee checked all the applications of the
selected candidates/candidates in the waiting list. The merit list was found in order.

From the merit list prepared after compiling the marks the undermentiond
candidates have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of PAs subject
to the verification of certificates and other documents.
