Revision Test October - 2018 Reg. No.:: PART A (10X2 20 Marks)

This document provides a summary of a fluid mechanics revision test containing multiple choice and long answer questions. The test has 3 parts: Part A contains 10 multiple choice questions worth 2 marks each; Part B contains 5 long answer questions worth 13 marks each; and Part C contains 1 long answer question worth 15 marks. Questions cover topics like uniform and non-uniform flow, streamlines, compressible and incompressible flow, loss of head, boundary layers, Bernoulli's equation, and the Navier-Stokes equations. Students are asked to derive equations and solve problems related to pipe flow, parallel pipes, and boundary layer development.
