3. What is the cartoonist trying to point through exaggeration?
Cartoonist trying to point through was sea turtles are affecting by the people who
throws plastic wastes and cans anywhere that carries it by the wind into ocean. Many
mammals specifically, sea turtles are injured and dying because of the careless people
who don’t know the proper throwing of plastic wastes. He draw the different kinds of
plastic and cans inside the body of the turtle which means that every plastic waste in
the ocean goes inside the body of the sea turtle which causes them to dye since sharp
plastics can rupture internal organs and bags can cause intestinal blockages leaving
turtles unable to feed, resulting in starvation. Even if they survive, consuming plastic
can make turtles unnaturally buoyant, which can stunt their growth and lead to slow
reproduction rates.
