    1. Further to our Technical Submission ref __________, we confirm having examined the
    Instructions to Tenderers, Form of Tender and all Annexure along with the Conditions of
    Contract and such other documents as may be referred to therein for the execution of
    Works, we offer to [design, ] [execute and] complete the Works and remedy any defects
    therein, in conformity with this Tender which includes all these documents and the
    enclosed Proposal, for the [lump sum] of Insert amount in figures and words.

    2. We confirm that we have satisfied ourselves as to the extent and nature of the Works to
    be provided by us.

    3. We undertake to commence the Works in accordance with the Commencement Date.

    4. We undertake if our Tender is accepted to complete and deliver the whole of the Works
    comprised in the Contract within {} [days] [weeks].

    5. We confirm that we have taken into account in our Tender your Circular Advice

    6. We understand that you are not bound to accept the lowest or any tender that you may
    receive and that we may face disqualification if we offer any unsolicited post-tender re-

    7. This Tender shall remain open for acceptance for a period of [120 (One Hundred and
    Twenty)] days from the date fixed for receiving Tenders.

    8. We agree to bear all costs incurred by us in connection with the preparation and
    submission of this Tender whether or not successful and to bear any further costs incurred
    by us prior to award of any Contract.

    10. Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed, this Tender together with
    your written acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding Contract between us.
