FCL Lukavac Kiln Line 2

Air adjustment values

Range Use
External Air: 180 – 400 mbar Makes the flame narrow and more stable, also sucks the
hot secondary air into the flame.
Tangential Air: 20 – 80 mbar Makes the flame shorter or longer, it may also changes
the NOx values.
Dispersion Air: 40 – 60 mbar Makes the flame shorter and wide, brings O2 in the
center of the burner.
Cooling Air: 80 – 180 mbar Shorten the flame and cools the central body of the
burner itself.
