    E. APRON & LINK CONDITION


    Kondisi Apron setelah dilakukan pengecekan tanggal 23 Oktober 2019 tidak ditemukan crack
    atau keretakan pada Apron Table dan Linknya.

    VI. CONCLUSION
    1. Lamella Chain telah beroperasi selama ± 4 bulan dari tanggal peng-installan.
    2. Sudah terjadi elongation (kemuluran) 1 mm dan chain masih beroperasi dengan baik.
    3. Sudah terjadi keausan 0.5 mm pada Ø roller bagian luar menjadi Ø 139 mm dari Ø 140 mm.
    4. Sudah terjadi keausan Bushing sebesar 0.5785 mm dari batas keausan bushing minimal
    2.4 mm (Grafic Wear of Bushing).
    5. Kondisi dari segi keausan Link Plate baik tinggi maupun tebal masih bagus.
    6. Dilakukan pengecekan yang konsisten untuk periode berikutnya khususnya pada link plate,
    sambungan lamella dan apron table.
