Introduction
The objective of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Report is to ensure that the
project is well executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. This report is
purposely to clarify the work has done to follow the JKR standard of work. This report also
shows the area that was inspected through the “Inspection Form” (IF), test report, data
collective such as necessary form and site photo.

Quality Assurance Plan

A quality assurance plan is a document, constructed by the project team, meant to ensure
the final products are of the utmost quality. A quality assurance plan contains a set of
documented activities meant to ensure that customers are satisfied with the goods or
services a company provides.

Quality Control Implementation System

The QAP content are consisted on general information of the project, project team
responsibilities and construction procedure. When an effective construction QAP is
applied to a Project, it provides confidence and assurance that the quality of
workmanship and materials incorporated into the project comply with requirements and
specifications of the plan. This type of assurance is necessary in every construction
process.

Guidelines
The standard guidelines that will be used in preparing this QAP so that it can easily to
refer and any changes can be done during the process of test or inspections in uniform
manner.

Any references need to be stated so there are no confusions and difficulties during
alteration of the standard work during project commencement as stated below;
