    INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
    23 Brief Eligibility and Qualification of a. The tenderer (/firm) shall have minimum 10 (ten) years of
    Tenderer general experience in building construction.
    b. The tenderer must have an experience in successful
    completion of at least 1 (one) number of building of similar
    nature (i.e. minimum 7 (seven) storied building with Piling
    Works) including civil, sanitary & electrical works amounting
    to BDT 25 (Twenty Five) Crore through a single
    tender/contract during last 5(five) years in any Government /
    Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
    c. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual
    construction turnover of BDT 36 (Thirty Six) crore over last
    five years.
    d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or
    credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 6 (Six) crore.
    e. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 32 (Thirty two) Crore.
    f. The tenderer must have up-to-date Electrical ABC and
    Supervisory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Govt. of
    Bangladesh.
    g. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten)
    percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender
    will be rejected.
    h. Rate in figure should be quoted three digits after decimal and
    total amount obtained by multiplying rate and quantity of
    work will be counted three digits after decimal point.

    Document.
