III.
1. What particular product do you think will be visible and be accepted by consumer in the market today? Explain.
We thought that incorporating digital arts and crafts will help us with our customers because the modern market likes
those that are aesthetically pleasing and eye-catching.
2. In meeting the need of the customers, what specific activity plan will you do to improve it?
Knowing our potential to target market through inquiry or research comes first with meeting their needs. After that,
we will make our designs and gather appropriate resources from the responses they said. We will then formulate the prices
according to the sizes and quality of the design and papers used. Next, marketing in social media will take place then lastly,
we can now do our regulation operations starting from taking orders until delivery.

3. How capable are you to produce the product?

Through teamwork and cooperation, we are most capable of producing our products. Our group will be delegated
with different tasks. The tasks will be divided to those making the designs, those that will handle the printing, those that will
package the products and handle delivery, and those that will market to social media.

4. What is your potential market?

People who are interested in digital arts and crafts especially teenagers and young adults.

5. Enlist the different government permit you need to comply for you to open a business. How will you comply to
each of their requirements?
DTI Business Permit, City Hall Mayoral Permit, BIR Tax. The order that the permits should be registered is
as follows: You first have to register for a DTI Business Permit, which only requires a government ID and three
business names. After this, a Barangay Business Clearance is now possible, as it required a DTI Permit.
Completing the previous two makes it possible to apply for a Mayor's Permit (or a City Hall Business Permit) as
the previous two were requirements of it. When all of those are done, it is now time to apply for a BIR Tax
Permit, Form 1906 and 1901.

6. What barriers needed for you to overcome for a potential new product entry?
Firstly, we thought that communications online would be a problem since we are facing the ongoing pandemic. Some
of us may be missing in action, or some may go out of contact because of a power outage or network loss. Next, are the loss
of resources or the defects in machinery. We may run out of paper, cloth, thread, or ink when processing order, or a printer
or computer device may go in errors when doing these. Lastly, I think psychological barriers may come when there is
confusion in tasks, or an art block when designing. I think planning to do well before the time to have a new product entry
should overcome this barrier in our business.
