Troubleshooting Guide:

-Make sure you are running as the administrator of the computer while performing these
steps to avoid corrupted files.
-If your anti-virus pop-ups block, either add GTArcade client to the exception list or
disable it for the time being.
-Steps are in ascending order for technicality. Recommended to go in order for optimal
results. After each step is performed check to see if the problem is resolved.

1) Restart/Refresh the client or browser.

2) GTA repair tool- Right click on GTarcade icon > Open file location > Inside the folder
locate GTarcade Repair & run it.

3) Remove the game from the GTArcade client by right

clicking the game name on the left. Go back to the Games
menu on top and re-install LOA- Heaven’s Fury.

4) Login from the web browser or GTA client- If you are using the GTA client and
experiencing issues, try loading up the web browser version (https://loahf.gtarcade.com/
> Sign in > Select your server) to see if it runs smoother. If the web browser is being
troublesome try the GTA client
https://www.gtarcade.com/en/micro/download?game_id=39

5) If having loading issues from a particular browser, try another browser.

6) Try using a VPN.

7) Restart your modem/router.

8) Clear your cache by either a manual clearing of the cached files or using a free 3rd party
program such as CCleaner. https://youtu.be/IFwO2eEtv0w
9) Uninstalling GTArcade & doing a fresh install- Go to add/remove programs and
uninstall GTArcade client. > Do a fresh install from
https://www.gtarcade.com/en/micro/download?game_id=39
If the uninstaller is not working you can use a free 3rd party uninstaller like Wise
Program Uninstaller to do so.

10) DNS Flush- DNS translates hostname to IP and vice versa. Flushing the DNS settings
empties & repopulates the DNS settings in the client for situations where the DNS
settings are incorrect/out-of-date.

11) Winsock Catalog- Netsh winsock reset is a useful command that you can use in
Microsoft Windows to reset winsock catalog back to default setting or clean state.

12) Other Considerations for Crashing during Events:

- Block off other players by clicking the eye, especially for crashes during cross-server
events.
- Minimize the events icon, when not in use.
Facebook White Screen Issue for Chrome:
1. Enter "chrome://flags/"
2. Find the SameSite by default cookies & Cookies without SameSite must be secure
3. Disabled these two sections.

Message from the Devs:

If all these steps have not improved your crashing/lagging/disconnecting/freezing experience the
devs require additional information as follows:
- In-game name, server, permission to authorize devs to superlog.
- IP address
- Accept the dev’s operation management team’s invite to control your computer to check
if there's something wrong.
