Troubleshooting Guide Harmony
-Make sure you are running as the administrator of the computer while performing these
steps to avoid corrupted files.
-If your anti-virus pop-ups block, either add GTArcade client to the exception list or
disable it for the time being.
-Steps are in ascending order for technicality. Recommended to go in order for optimal
results. After each step is performed check to see if the problem is resolved.
2) GTA repair tool- Right click on GTarcade icon > Open file location > Inside the folder
locate GTarcade Repair & run it.
4) Login from the web browser or GTA client- If you are using the GTA client and
experiencing issues, try loading up the web browser version (https://loahf.gtarcade.com/
> Sign in > Select your server) to see if it runs smoother. If the web browser is being
troublesome try the GTA client

8) Clear your cache by either a manual clearing of the cached files or using a free 3rd party

9) Uninstalling GTArcade & doing a fresh install- Go to add/remove programs and
uninstall GTArcade client. > Do a fresh install from

If the uninstaller is not working you can use a free 3rd party uninstaller like Wise
Program Uninstaller to do so.
10) DNS Flush- DNS translates hostname to IP and vice versa. Flushing the DNS settings
empties & repopulates the DNS settings in the client for situations where the DNS
settings are incorrect/out-of-date.
11) Winsock Catalog- Netsh winsock reset is a useful command that you can use in
Microsoft Windows to reset winsock catalog back to default setting or clean state.
