Checklist For Sp3D Input Works (Cable Tray) : Initials (MIC) Signature Date (M/D) Skl. LVL

This document is a checklist for inputting cable tray works into an SP3D (3D) model. It contains 10 items to check, including: 1) Confirming the cable tray arrangement matches reference drawings, 2) Verifying the SP3D grid lines, color lists, and plant breakdown structure follow procedures, 3) Checking the plant origin and north orientation, 4) Ensuring cable tray numbers, sizes, routes, and installation levels match reference drawings, and 5) Comparing the extracted cable tray layout from the 3D model to the 2D reference drawings. Findings and basis for each check item are noted, as well as remarks. The checking mark at the bottom rates the overall input quality.
