CLASSROOM / LABORATORY POLICIES

1. Classroom / Laboratory Procedure:


a. Students should work independently during quizzes, term exams, seat work and board work. Copying from classmates shall be dealt with accordingly.
b. Students should be in proper uniform during class and laboratory hours.
c. Perform 5s or housekeeping after class and laboratory activities.

2. Class Preparation:
a. Students are expected to come on time prepared and ready to participate in classroom discussion and laboratory activities. Such preparation is essential factor to attain success in the course.
b. Assignments, Exercises and Supplementary problems should be complied.

3. On Examinations:
a. Paper: Use Test book let as prescribed by the College of Engineering, use blue or black ink for all work in class. Pencil is not allowed.
Performance Standards and Evaluation Final Grade Evaluation System

 Results from the seatwork, homework, board-work, quizzes and recitation shall be considered Major Examination (Term Exams) = 50%
in the computation of final grade. The grading system shall reflect the degree by which the Quizzes = 20%
stated course outcomes are achieved. Seat Works = 10%
 Summative Assessment – Written midterm and final examination. Assignment = 10%
Attendance = 10%
Total = 100%
Note: This system shall be discussed during the orientation (first meeting).
