Quiz 1

1. This document provides a quiz on probability and statistics concepts covering topics like variables, descriptive versus inferential statistics, qualitative versus quantitative variables, discrete versus continuous variables, sampling techniques, and observational versus experimental studies. 2. It contains multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank questions to test understanding of key terminology and how to classify different statistical variables and studies. 3. The quiz is intended for a first semester probability and statistics course to evaluate foundational knowledge of the nature and approaches of probability and statistics.
