    1 Look at the picture of planet Earth. The land is black and


    the oceans are white.

    2 Colour the oceans blue and the land yellow.

    3 Life on our planet is in danger. Look at the pictures and
    read about some problems.
    Život na našem planetu je u opasnosti. Pogledaj slike i pročitaj o nekim
    problemima uz pomoć učitelja / učiteljice.

    ENDANGERED ANIMALS
    Lots of animals are in danger. They die because of pollution.
    Mnoge su životinje ugrožene. One umiru zbog onečišćenja.

    FOSSIL FUELS
    Fossil fuels are coal, oil and natural gas. When we use them
    they pollute the air.
    Fosilna goriva su ugljen, nafta i prirodni plin. Kad ih upotrebljavamo, oni
    onečišćuju zrak.

    HURRICANES
    Hurricanes are big storms. The wind is very strong and it
    destroys houses.
    Uragani su velike oluje. Vjetar je vrlo jak i uništava kuće.

    VOLCANOES
    Volcanic eruptions are very dangerous. They produce lava
    and ash. They destroy everything around them.
    Vulkanske erupcije vrlo su opasne. One proizvode lavu i pepeo.
    Uništavaju sve oko sebe.

    GLOBAL WARMING
    The Earth's atmosphere is very hot. The ice caps are melting
    and it is very dangerous.
    Zemljina atmosfera je jako vruća. Ledeni se pokrov topi i to je jako opasno.

    STARVATION
    A lot of people don't have enough food. They die of
    starvation.
    Mnogi ljudi nemaju dovoljno hrane. Oni umiru od gladi.

    CUTTING TREES
    Trees produce oxygen. People and animals can't live without
    oxygen. When we cut trees there isn't enough oxygen.
    Stabla proizvode kisik. Ljudi i životinje ne mogu živjeti bez kisika. Kad
    siječemo stabla, nema dovoljno kisika.
