SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AAA of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and a resident of Bulua, Cagayan de
Oro City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint BBB, of legal age, married, Filipino
Citizen and a resident of Kahayagan East Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of my business


registration of my bamboo furniture business located at Kahayagan East
Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, in the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR),
Zamboanga del Sur;
2. To receive any and all documents related to the application and/or
registration from the concerned government agencies/offices;
3. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the
application and/or registration of the said business;
4. To sign, execute, deliver and receive any all documents/papers in relation to
authorities, hereof.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform any and every act and deed whatsoever requisite or
necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person,
with full power of substitution or revocation; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
