    II. Background

    The following Activity Proposal refers to the IEC Materials that will be used to campaign
    the CDD adoption and institutionalization, and information drive for its KKB modality
    nationwide. These will be distributed to the DSWD Field Offices. This project will amount
    to Php 802,000.00.

    III.Key Points & Recommendations

    This has already been routed and approved by our office. The document is being routed
    again because KC was required to have the signatories on the TOR as well. The TOR for
    hiring the service providers for the printing and layout of the IEC Materials, and for the
    courier service, the qualifications indicated are reasonable as the Program needs service
    providers that are competent and are already experts in the field to ensure that the
    requirements provided will be met since this will be a big order. KC should further ensure
    that procuring such services is compliant with DSWD issuances and other pertinent laws.

    I further certify that all the documentary requirements have been subjected to the principle of completed staff work
    and have been evaluated with diligence and found in order in accordance with prescribed policies, guidelines and
    procedures.
