 Preparations
1. Make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements. (Link)
2. Make sure your MT4 is connected to your broker and there is a live feed.
Note: Some brokers will close down the feed during weekends and you might not be able to
verify the installation if that is the case.
3. Check if your broker is using pre/suffix on the currency pairs and enable DLL imports in MT4
options.
4. From the order confirmation email, you will have a link to download both installation file, manual
installation in a ZIP file and the PDF installation guide.
5. If you‘re running Windows 10, download the automated installation file.
6. If you‘re running Windows 7, you might need to use the manual installation found in the
downloadable ZIP file in the bottom of your confirmation mail.
7. For Mac users with a Simplicity supported VM and Windows, same procedure as above applies.
8. Make a backup of the downloaded content as well as store the order confirmation email in a safe
location (to be used for updates).
9. Follow the installation instructions on the following pages carefully.

1. Close all MT4’s.
2. Run the installation file.
Either double click on the “Simplicity.ex4” file or right click and select
“Run as Administrator”.
3. You might get a Windows prompt where you will be asked to
continue, or “Windows protected your PC”…. Either click on
“Continue” or “More info” and thereafter “Run anyway”. 4
There are no trojans or viruses in the program. The only reason the
warning comes up is that Simplicity is not a Windows registered
product.
4. Enter your license information.
When you have finished your purchase procedure you will receive an
email with your license code. Copy the license code from that
confirmation email and click “Next”.

Make sure you copy or enter the license key exactly as it is written in
the confirmation email. No space before or after the key is allowed. 5
5. License Agreement
Confirm you accept the agreement and click “Next”.

6. MT4 installation identification.
You will now be asked to identify the MT4 platforms where
you want to install the Uncle Lee’s Simplicity.
By default all your MT4 installations will be selected.
If you want the Simplicity installed only on specific MT4s, 6
you need to uncheck all others and click “Next”.
7. When you‘re ready to install, click on “Install”.
8. Click “Finish” and the installation is complete.
9. Open the MT4 platform that you have installed the
Simplicity on and you will find a couple of
new indicators and new templates.
10. Open a new chart and apply one of the Simplicity
templates.

Manual installation of Uncle Lee’s Pip Hunter

A. This might apply to Windows 7 users or Mac users on other than the recommended and
supported VM’s.
B. Download the ZIP file from the order confirmation mail and unzip it.
C. In the set of files there is a “readme.txt” file, open it and follow the instructions accordingly.

INSTALLATION STEPS:

1. Open Simplicity YWY.tpl/Simplicity YYB.tpl with your favorite Text editor (Notepad, Wordpad, Notepad++,...)
2. Search for ClientLicenseKey=
3. Enter your license key that you received via email upon purchase: eg. ClientLicenseKey=ULXXX and SAVE changes
4. Open your MT4 terminal
5. Click File menu and select Open Data Folder
6. Copy Simplicity YWY.tpl/Simplicity YYB.tpl to .\templates subfolder
7. Copy Simplicity_MAC.ex4, Simplicity_ZHM.ex4, Simplicity_ZZ.ex4, Simplicity_TV.ex4, Simplicity_SR.ex4, Simplicity_TDI.ex4, Simplicity_Beauty.ex4, Simplicity_BSA.ex4 and
Simplicity.ex4 to .\MQL4\Indicators subfolder
8. Copy SimplicityBackend.dll to .\MQL4\Libraries subfolder
9. Copy Simplicity_Swing Exit EA.ex4 and Simplicity_Trend Exit EA.ex4 to .\MQL4\Experts subfolder
10. Copy simplicity_logo.bmp to .\MQL4\Images subfolder
11. Copy ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll to C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ if you have 64bit Windows (DON'T OVERWRITE IF THEY ALREADY EXIST!)
12. In MT4 right-click a chart and select Template -> Simplicity YWY or Simplicity YYB
13. Enjoy keeping it simple! ;)

 Multiple MT4 Platforms
• Uncle Lee’s Simplicity is licensed for use on one account or MT4 in use at a time.
• You are not able to run the Simplicity on multiple PC’s, MT4’s or accounts at the same time.
• You can however install the Simplicity on as many MT4’s as you please and you can switch between
the accounts as long you are closing down the Simplicity correctly

• You are also able to run multiple charts on the same MT4 with the Simplicity templates, whereby
you are able to scan your selected pairs and TF’s on multiple settings.
 Troubleshooting tips
• If your getting a License status information screen as shown to the right, you have probably not entered the license
key correctly. Retry the installation file and make sure the key is entered exactly as shown in the confirmation mail.
• Make sure there are no “spaces” before or after the license key.
• Make sure you‘re connected to the internet.
• If your chart does not appear as the example on the previous page, it might be that your MT4 is not communicating to
the internet.
• Check that you have enabled DLL imports in the MT4.
(Tools > Options > Expert Advisor > tick “Allow DLL imports”)
• Check that your antivirus, firewall or malware protection programs allow MT4 and DLL’s to communicate to the internet.
• Check if your broker uses a pre/suffix and if it does you need to update the CurrencyPairs parameter (check the user guide or
feature list for more information) of the Simplicity indicator.
• Simplicity license restrictions
• Simplicity license is valid to use on ONE MT4 or broker account at a time.
• If you have installed Simplicity on multiple accounts or MT4’s, you might get a similar License
status information window as seen on the right side with the option to switch license over to
another MT4 account.
• If you‘re still not able to get it up and running, contact one of the admins in
the Simplicity telegram group, Uncle Lee’s support group, or open a support ticket on the
