Script for Fire Prevention Month

(INTRODUCTION)
Fire prevention is the best and the simplest way of saving oneself and keeping others
safe from fire.  Good morning Everyone and Welcome to the culmination of Fire Prevention
Month 2021 with the theme, “ Sa Sunog hindi ka Nag-iisa”

(PRAYER, PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM)


To commence the program, let us stand for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be
conducted by Madam Marimar Logronio this will be followed by a short opening prayer to be
led by FO1 Allan Jude Maravillas.
(After prayer and national anthem) Please be seated.

Fire destruction is one man’s job but fire prevention is everybody’s job, a wise man once said.
We must learn to avoid the burning ashes of our lack of knowledge.
OPENING REMARKS
And now to give us the Opening Remarks, let us welcome the ever hardworking and untiring
Officer in Charge, Municipal Fire Marshall of Manito,Albay, SFO4 Raymundo N Oliver Jr. Sir.
Let us give him a round of applause.

(After the message). Thank you Sir for giving us a very inspiring opening remarks. It is indeed
true that we need to take fire seriously, move quickly. Focus on Fire Prevention.

Public service must be more than doing a job efficiently and honestly. It must be a complete
dedication to the people and to the nation. Truly, he is an embodiment of public service and
change. He serves his constituents with great fervor and passion. . It is my honor and privilege to
introduce to you a man of action and a man of public service- HONORABLE JOSHUA MARI C
DAEP, Municipal Mayor of Manito, but due to his prior commitment he is well- represented by
the ever supportive HONORABLE CARLITO J BELLUDO-Vice Mayor. Let us give him a
round of applause.

(After the message): Thank you so much Sir for gracing our event today.

certificate of commendation)
And now to present the Certificate of Commendation, may we call on SFO4 Raymundo N Oliver
Jr and FO3 Ellon Jay Llenaresas. Citation reads as:

INTERMISSION NUMBER
Ladies and Gentlemen, to amuse us/ may we call on stage Government Interns for their
intermission number. Let us give them a big hand.

Once again let us give them a resounding applause. Thank you.

This activity will not end without a message from our committed and dedicated Chief Operation
FO1 ZALDY A LOTIVIO Sir for his closing remarks.

Thank you Sir.

Truly, it is our job to suppress fire, especially the big and destructive ones but it is everyone’s job
to know how to prevent fire accidents. If we don’t choose to amend our manner of approaching
fire disasters, it might be hard for us to recover and be resilient for the next disasters that may
come. Worse, big fire accidents or disasters might come knocking at our doors when we are most
unprepared.
Indeed, just like the old proverb says, fire is never a gentle master.

Thank you for gracing the culmination of Fire Prevention Month 2021.
