CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Agreement made on the 23th March, 2020 between Chittagong Urea Fertilizer
Limited (An Enterprise of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation) Rangadia,
Anwara, Chattogram (Hereinafter called "The Procuring Entity") of the one Part.

AND

M/S RAHAT ENTERPRISE, 58 NO. STAND ROAD, BAZAR GOLI, MAJIR GAT
(Hereinafter called "The Supplier") of the other Part.

WHEREAS The Procuring Entity invited Tender for Procurement of 12 items


Consumable Materials and has accepted your Tender. The execution of supply of above
mentioned goods in the sum of Taka 22827.241 (Taka Twenty-Two Thousand Eight
Hundred and Twenty-Seven point Two Four One) hereinafter called the Contract Price.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITHNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

01. In this Agreement words and expression shall have the same meanings as are
respectively assigned to them in the General Condition of Contract hereafter
referred to.
02. The documents forming the Contract shall be interpreted in the following order of
priority:

a) The signed Contract Agreement.


b) The Notification of Award.
c) The completed Tender and the appendices to the Tender.
d) The Particular Conditions of Contract.
e) The General Conditions of Contract.
f) The Technical Specification.
g) The General Specification.
h) The priced bill of quantities and the schedules.
i) Any other document issued in the PCC forming part of the Contract.
j) In consideration of the payments to be made by the Procuring Entity to the
Suppliers hereinafter mentioned, the supplier hereby covenants with the
Procuring Entity to provide the goods and to remedy any defects herein in
conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract.
k) The Procuring Entity hereby covenants to pay the Supplier in consideration
of the provision of the goods and remedying of defects therein, the Contract
Price or such other sum as may become payable under the provisions of the
Contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by the Contract.

In WITHNESS where of the Parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed in
accordance with the laws of Bangladesh on the day, month and year first written above.
