AMI Catalog 10

The AMI 300 is an encoder that outputs two separate pulse signals at different frequencies, up to 10,000 pulses per revolution (ppr) on output 1 and up to 6,500 ppr on output 2. It is designed to operate in temperatures from 0 to 80 degrees Celsius, withstand vibrations up to 10g and shocks up to 100g. The encoder uses LED lighting and can operate from 5 to 30 volts while drawing a maximum of 120mA of current without load. It outputs square wave signals at 300kHz at 5 volts and 160kHz at 10-30 volts.
