Abstract: Management of the housing community plays a major role in our living conditions. Our daily needs such as water
supply, electricity, security, care come under the control of the housing community. This program is there to help and simplify
our lives but it has many traditional methods and a lot of paper work. Our proposed program is a web-based program that will be
computerized for everyday use in the community. This program is an automated system that will store details of daily
notifications, monthly meetings, cultural events and contains categories such as consensus, home help, calendar etc.
I. INTRODUCTION
[1] In order to have a healthy lifestyle, now-and-now people have set their own moral standards in the society of life. Towns with
small towns are known as housing associations or commercial organizations with private schools, hospitals and business centers.
They are building a digital network to manage their community through apps and websites. This helps people understand the
ongoing changes in their environment and helps them stay tuned for the latest updates. Public administration is an important factor
in this case. The public has two key groups of people in charge, a panel of chairpersons accounting to the secretaries and their heads.
Another group of people is residents who help maintain the care and standards of the community by donating their essentials to the
community process. The web app provides a platform for the senior manager to add communities and their residents and their
information. Each public secretary will have his or her own panel with features such as keeping accounts, sending and receiving
messages and broadcasting notifications, updating community groups and events via the calendar. Citizens can be a part of any team
they want, but to make the process easier, the program is set up with a complimentary program that compliments the group members
of the community based on recreational hobbies, interests and favorite sports that are already being maintained by the resident's
signature. And the end user of this product has the right to view all events, post celebrations on the business wall and access
emergency contacts and help tab to use the website.
C. Complaints
The user can report new complaints using the interface. While the Manager and the Secretary have the right to • respond to the
complaint and responses can be checked at any time
D. Security
Data entered into the Database will be stored in encrypted formats using AES algo (Advanced Encryption Standard) .AES algorithm
is not only secure but also fast. Both hardware and software performance is faster
character keys, time required to check all possible key at 50 billion second, these eligible’s proved the AES is better. In the research
paper [14] discussed that DES is secret key based algorithm suffers from key distribution and key agreement problems .But RSA
consumes large amount of time to perform encryption and decryption operation It had been also observed that decryption of DES
algorithm is better than other algorithms in throughput and less power consumption.
This study evaluates three different encryption algorithms namely; AES, DES and RSA. The performance measure of encryption
schemes will be conducted in terms of encryption and decryption time such as text or document[15].
VI. APPLICATION
It can be used in residential societies where apartments are ranging from small to big in numbers.
To convey notices or other information among others which is necessary but not fesible using primary resources such as notice
boards or phone calls.
Access can be given by admins to other members of society to view details of billing, purchases, the status of facility management
and maintinance of the common areas.
VII. CONCLUSION
Society management system come up with the actual working of a society, by working , where housing society management
providers can rapidly implement and operate applications that are secure and not expensive, while enjoying lower maintenance and
upgrade costs throughout the relationship.
Message and Email alerts for various happenings in the society can be added to the system so that users do not miss the updates and
happenings of the society.
Online billing system, Administration, working, etc. are the key features of our project.
The software is flexible enough to be modified and implemented as per user requirements. We have tried our best to make this
system free and user–friendly website to Society members. It is a timely and cost effective solution to your society management
problems which will make you money, save you money and make your job easier.
