Abstract: Management of the housing community plays a major role in our living conditions. Our daily needs such as water
supply, electricity, security, care come under the control of the housing community. This program is there to help and simplify
our lives but it has many traditional methods and a lot of paper work. Our proposed program is a web-based program that will be
computerized for everyday use in the community. This program is an automated system that will store details of daily
notifications, monthly meetings, cultural events and contains categories such as consensus, home help, calendar etc.

I. INTRODUCTION
[1] In order to have a healthy lifestyle, now-and-now people have set their own moral standards in the society of life. Towns with
small towns are known as housing associations or commercial organizations with private schools, hospitals and business centers.
They are building a digital network to manage their community through apps and websites. This helps people understand the
ongoing changes in their environment and helps them stay tuned for the latest updates. Public administration is an important factor
in this case. The public has two key groups of people in charge, a panel of chairpersons accounting to the secretaries and their heads.
Another group of people is residents who help maintain the care and standards of the community by donating their essentials to the
community process. The web app provides a platform for the senior manager to add communities and their residents and their
information. Each public secretary will have his or her own panel with features such as keeping accounts, sending and receiving
messages and broadcasting notifications, updating community groups and events via the calendar. Citizens can be a part of any team
they want, but to make the process easier, the program is set up with a complimentary program that compliments the group members
of the community based on recreational hobbies, interests and favorite sports that are already being maintained by the resident's
signature. And the end user of this product has the right to view all events, post celebrations on the business wall and access
emergency contacts and help tab to use the website.

II. MODULE IDENTIFICATION

The Society Management System is a website designed to reduce conflicts between members of the public. The system has the
automatic function of calculating monthly maintenance and the member can view his or her account status in his or her account. The
main function of this project is that there is a voting system for different public positions such as Secretary, Chairperson, Treasurer.
Etc. A member can vote for candidates representing various roles in the community. The Society Management System allows
members to log in with their account and be updated on social events. Depicker is a Jquery function that allows the user to take any
day in a friendly way.
Below are the modules included in this program (see fig 1):

A. Entry and Management

Login will separate user, secretary and system administrator. The monthly maintenance bill will be approved by the regulator. The
administrator and members have the authority to sign in to the website and manage their profile. The Secretary has special rights to
renew monthly debts.

B. Reports and Generation Monthly Bill

Different types of reports namely. Resource Report, Total Revenue etc can be generated by the program by providing the downloads
as well. Prices are defined in terms of "Bye Laws" [5], and the Plan will calculate the cost of care under different heads and different
types of buildings. A member can view their last month's payment status on their profile.

C. Complaints
The user can report new complaints using the interface. While the Manager and the Secretary have the right to • respond to the
complaint and responses can be checked at any time

D. Security
Data entered into the Database will be stored in encrypted formats using AES algo (Advanced Encryption Standard) .AES algorithm
is not only secure but also fast. Both hardware and software performance is faster

III. ALGORITHM AND TECHNIQUES USED

According to the table below: Comparison of AES, DES and RSA ”we have come to the conclusion that AES algo is better at
encryption.
We will use the steps below
The encryption process uses a set of specially issued keys called round keys. This is used, along with other functions, in the data list
that holds the single data block? Encrypted data (see Figure 2).

A. Find a set of round keys on the last key.

B. Initiate state planning with block data (plaintext).
C. Insert the first key around the same state members.
D. Perform nine rounds of state fraud.
E. Perform the tenth and final round of state fraud.
F. Copy the status setting as encrypted data (ciphertext).

IV. LITERATURE SURVEY

1) To prevent the old practices of keeping records of debts, finances, other services, details of meetings etc. Digital digitalization
of housing communities is very important.
2) Social networks play an important role in communicating with people through online chat, by participating in online campaigns
and groups. We have therefore introduced a group program as the entire housing community has various groups for their own
purposes such as social work, business advertisement, and hobbies for their entertainment and games. Most people like to be
part of different groups but sometimes they choose to be away or reluctant to apply for membership. The recommendation
system therefore helps to promote them as a popular group as hobbies and sports enthusiasts, making it even clearer for
residents to join the group within the group list.
3) When registering a resident in the program database, hobbies and sports preferences are taken into consideration. A web app
uses a recommendation system that promotes groups (if the group is in the community) for a particular person depending on
their hobbies and interests. A resident can thus join and leave the group whenever needed. The program reflects the
recommendations of sports-based teams and recreational / interest groups in order to differentiate and make it clear to the
community. A drawing presentation is given in the results section. In the table below we read a comparison between AES, DES
and RSA highlighting eighteen items, namely Key, Block Size, Ciphering & Deciphering, Scalability, Algorithm, Encryption,
Decryption,
4) E-Housing Society: Making the current situation in the community simpler and more effective in reducing conflicts. Creating
an automated system for problems that arise as a result of the remaining time of the manual system Improving the system in a
simple way to solve many social issues.
5) Society Management Application: In this paper, the app integrates multiple applications into one Android app into one Android
app for public book management, communication credit issues. The main purpose of this program is to provide an Android app
for community members who fix every problem that the community faces that can be solved by digital deployment. It should be
common in any society with little self-sufficiency.
6) The Housing Community Management application with a recommendation program consists of various tree panels such as
super-admin panel, secretary's panel and residents' panel to discuss community-related issues. With this app it will be much
easier to promote one business and different services to other people. It enables the citizens of their communities to be
constantly updated with current news of the surrounding falsehood.
7) Public Administration Implementation: This paper focuses on the application of the Android application for the management of
social services. Residential communities have to deal with a wide range of tasks including security, daily complaints and many
other issues. Often in various societies communication in relation to these activities takes place through traditional means of
communication. This can lead to improper data transfer due to a lack of visibility. To avoid such conflicts and to manage and
maintain the day-to-day operations of the public, the automation of these tasks is required.
8) Web Performance Survey and Internet Security Threats: On various Internet and network security and vulnerabilities. Learn
community safety strategies that can be used to take advantage of a web application.
9) Website Protection Tool: The project aims to protect the user's website from various threats so that data is protected from
unauthorized access and will also help the user to access information on various attacks where websites may be inclined to set
an example with SQL injection. will help the organization identify potential attacks that websites are at risk of and do measures
to protect them.
10) Suggested discussing various aspects of performance such as key value, computer speed and efficiency. They concluded that
the AES algorithm was better between Symmetric algorithm and the RSA algorithm was found to be the best solution for the
uneven encryption process.
In the research paper [11] various analytical factors are analyzed. Based on the text files used and the test result it is concluded that
the DES algorithm uses the least encryption time and the AES algorithm uses the least memory, Encryption time varies in the case
of AES algorithm and DES algorithm .RSA uses more encryption time and memory usage too. a high but output byte is small in the
event of an RSA algorithm.
In the research paper [12] concluded that all the techniques are useful for real-time encryption. Each technique is unique in its own
way, which might be suitable for different applications. Everyday new encryption technique is evolving hence fast and secure
conventional encryption techniques will always work out with high rate of security.
In the research paper [13] shown a new comparative study between encrypting techniques were presented in to nine factors, Which
are key length, cipher type, block size, developed, cryptanalysis resistance, security, possibility key, possible ACSII printable

character keys, time required to check all possible key at 50 billion second, these eligible’s proved the AES is better. In the research
paper [14] discussed that DES is secret key based algorithm suffers from key distribution and key agreement problems .But RSA
consumes large amount of time to perform encryption and decryption operation It had been also observed that decryption of DES
algorithm is better than other algorithms in throughput and less power consumption.
This study evaluates three different encryption algorithms namely; AES, DES and RSA. The performance measure of encryption
schemes will be conducted in terms of encryption and decryption time such as text or document[15].
