Dear Sir,
Greetings in the name of our Lord!

This letter is to inform you about my application for Administration Services Assistant C
position with Plantilla No. 21 with Salary Grade 8 in your good office.

I completed my Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from Laguna State


Polytechnic University in Siniloan, Laguna in 2015. During my college days I undergone
practice teaching program related to computer operations which trained me to be an
efficient and effective computer literate. I also have a three year experience in teaching
at University of Perpetual Help System-Dalta (Calamba Campus) and Colegio De San
Juan de Letran in Calamba, Laguna, schools that are famous for robotics and computer
literacy skills. Also, I also have 6 months experience as a Company Checker doing
customer assistance services in SM City Calamba. It would be nice to be part of your
good office as it is near our hometown, since I have two wonderful children even I will
work at day, I will see them everyday before I leave the house and as I come back. If I
was given the chance to work with your good office, I will be more able to provide their
needs as they are both babies in their age of two years baby girl and an 8 months baby
boy. I also supported my brother who will now enter his college level this coming school
year, so I am hoping if you would give me a chance.

I believe that your office would give me the opportunity to learn more things and would
hone my professional skills further.

I am hoping for your most favorable response and kindest consideration.
