1. Please select the systems that you will use to communicate the message.
2. Draft the message to be communicated in each system following your learning from
week 7.

The system which we have selected is email, workplace messaging and social media. Below are
some brief explanations on the entire three mediums:

· We have selected email because now -a- days this medium is very easy and very
convenient for everyone and also in this medium there are very few steps for
communicate with others.
· Workplace messaging is for getting on the spot message from the employees of the
same branch for working together as a team on any topic which they are allotted by the
organization and this also saves time and energy of everyone.
· In this modern world, social media is also very suitable as it helps in getting more
awareness to the public about the company by posting all the details and location of the
company by just making account on the applications which are beneficial for the
organization and due to that more and more people would buy the product and so the
company’s profit will also increase.

Following are the ways in which the messages are being drafted for having communication with
the other person.

Hello Pearson,
As we need operations manager for our company, we are hiring. We need a person with these
qualities and they are mentioned below:
Ø We want a person who has engineering degree or mechanical diploma.
Ø We are looking for a person who has experience of at least 10 years in managerial
operations.
Ø Employee should have some leadership quality.
Ø Problem solving and should be polite in nature.
If you reach these above requirements then please give us response, we are waiting for your
reply.
