PRE ORAL DEFENSE GUIDELINES

PREPARE THE FOLLOWING REQIREMENTS:

1. Complete documentation in one docx file with the corresponding file name
Program_CompleteName_Preoral.docx
(ie. MPA_CruzRamirez_Preoral.docx)

Content of said docx file includes:


Page 1: Adviser endorsement
Page 2 onwards: The complete proposal documentation (cover page,
table of contents, list of figures, list of tables, abstract, chapter 1,
chapter 2, chapter 3, complete references, question guides, CV, and
other appendix attachments deemed necessary

2. Pre recorded maximum of 15 minutes video of you presenting your paper


and uploaded in a streaming site either youtube or fbwatch only. With the
said unlocked hyperlink ready for access and viewing.

3. Payment thru bank or other LPU offcampus payment mediums the pre-oral
defense fee. With payment slip (deposit slip/payment form/online
confirmation slip) scanned.

Email (subject: Thesis/Dissertation Pre-oral Defense Enrollment) to the


Graduate School Office (Ms. Aiza) [email protected] the complete
docx file with correct filename along with the hyperlink to your streamed
video presentation. Note incomplete data sent voids your application.
FINAL DEFENSE GUIDELINES

PREPARE THE FOLLOWING REQIREMENTS:

1. Complete documentation in one docx file with the corresponding file name
