    Scope

    PIP CVC01017, Plant Site Data Sheet, dated February 2005, is adopted for project use with the following
    modifications noted in this addendum.

    PIP CVC01018, Project Data Sheet, dated March 2005, is adopted for project use with the following
    modifications noted in this addendum.

    Modifications to the Original Specification

    The following requirements are defined as additions, deletions, and revisions to PIP CVC01017.
