Pall Red1000 filter elements for use

in Hydac* Filter Housings
Pall Red1000 filter elements allow users of Hydac filters to
protect their systems with Pall high performance filtration
without having to replace existing filter housings.

Switching to Pall is simple

Pall Red1000 filter elements fit directly into Hydac filter
housings without the need for adaptors, in both low and
high collapse pressure designs. For element styles using
a bypass valve, either reusable or element integral bypass
valve options are available.

Upgrade to Pall Filtration

Pall Red1000 filter users realize many benefits:
• Advanced protection of critical system components
• Effective cleanliness control in real operating conditions
• Consistently clean fluid throughout filter service life
• Extended filter element change intervals
• Competitive pricing Pall Red1000 Series upgrade filter elements for Hydac Housings

Red1000 Filter Elements Contribute to Energy Cost Savings
Red1000 filter elements exhibit much lower clean DP values than competitors, leading to significantly lower energy
consumption throughout the filter element’s service life. This is due to the lower amount of energy required to drive the fluid
flow through the filter element.

Note
Area under P profile is a measure of the power [KW] required to “push” a fluid through the filter element, at a given flow
rate. A higher initial clean P will result in a substantial increase in energy consumption over the filter element’s service life.
The energy used over the service life of the filter element is determined as power multiplied by service hours [kWh]. This
energy can also be expressed in CO2 equivalent emissions (CO2e [g/kWh])
