Berdasarkan surat ini kami mengajukan permohonan pengajuan pemesanan cargo container kepada
perusahaan Saudara agar dapat kami gunakan dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:

Jumlah : 25 Container

Waktu Pengiriman : Rabu, 3 Februari 2021

Tempat tujuan : PT ALI KOPI INDONESIA Kalideres, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, 11840

Permohonan ini kami ajukan dan segala resiko yang timbul dalam pinjaman menjadi tanggung jawab
kami sebagai importir. Demikian permohonan ini kami ajukan atas perhatian dan bantuan Saudara
kami ucapkan terima kasi.

SALES CONTRACT

This AGREEMENT made in West Java, Indonesia today of Wednesday on January 27th 2021, by and
between Mr. Andika as Sales Manager PT ALI KOPI INDONESIA and Ms. Nuraini as Marketing
Manager Star Bucks Coffee East Frank Phillips USA.

WITNESSETH: That in consideration of the mutual convenants and agreements to be kept and
performed on the part of said parties hereto, respectively as herein stated:

1. Seller (Exportir) :
Mr. Andika as Sales Manager PT ALI KOPI INDO

The party convenes from the first part and agrees that it will
1) Delivering Premium Arabica Toraja Coffee is shipped every 3 months as much as 1000
tons.
2) Water content Maximum 12.5%
3) The maximum level of non-coffee impurities is 0.5%
4) Minimum size is 1cm
5) The price is Rp.35,000.00 (US $. 2,485) per kilogram with the terms CIF Port Los Angeles
6) Payment using Letter of Credit within 60 days.
7) Packaging per 50 kg is equipped with a special export innet (2-layer packaging)
8) There are no live insects in it
9) Odorless coffee beans

2. Buyer (Importir) :
Ms. Nuraini as Marketing Manager Star Bucks Coffee East Frank Phillips USA.

And the said party from the second part convenes and agrees that it must:
1) Receiving Premium Arabica Toraja Coffee sent every 3 months as much as 1000 tons.
2) Water content Maximum 12.5%
3) The maximum level of non-coffee impurities is 0.5%
4) Minimum size is 1cm

3. Other terms that must be considered by and between the parties:


Force Majeure the contract can't be canceled
This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns and personal
reprsentatives. Time is of the essence on all undertakings. This agreement shall be enforced under
the laws of the state of Indonesia.

We hereby open our irrevocable credit in your favor for the sum or sums not to exceed a
total of Two Million Four Hundred Eighty-five Thousands US dollar (US$. 2.485.000). To be
made available by your request for payment at sight upon the presentation of your draft
accompanied by the following statement:
This Letter of Credit is valid until January, 29th 2021 provided, however, that this Letter of
Credit will be automatically extended without amendement for applicant from the present
or any present expiration date therof unless at least 30 days prior to any such expiration
date the Issuing Bank provides written notice to the Commodity Credit Corporation at the
