TITLE: SCALING AND DIMENSIONING PART 1

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

This PLATE aims for the students to:

1. reduce and enlarge drawings at any scale.


2. apply the rules in dimensioning objects or figures.

MATERIALS:

1- technical pen (0.2)


1- triangle sets (30-60 and 45-45)
1- T-square
1- French curve
1- scale rule

PROCEDURE:

1. Sketch the object shown.


2. Label properly its dimension based on the statement mentioned in the
introductory part of this plate.
3. Use your desired scale that would fit the figures in your drawing sheet.

Note: There is no standard measurement on this drawing simply make sure that
your drawing covers 80% of the template
