This guide will take you through all of the core activities and exercises to make sure you reach all the
course objectives and learning outcomes for Business English 5/ Business Admin 1.
The guide is organized by weeks (Week 9 through Week 16) and by class (Monday-Friday).
Each lesson is planned for 2 hours (just like our normal class time) and includes activities for self-
practice as well as products you will turn in for grades and feedback.
All answers to activities and exercises will be posted in the folder labeled “xxxxxx,” so you can check
your answers after each activity. If you have ANY questions about answers, send me a private
WhatsApp message.
Assessments for the course have also been included in the guide. You will find more resources for the

We will have 1 hour a week of synchronous meetings via Zoom platform for meetings.
Day 2: The Midterm Exam will take place on Day 2 during your normal two hour class time. A link will
be sent to you at the start of the class period. You will have 2 hours to complete the exam.
