6.2 Programme

Through Stage’s A to J the Project Manager will manage the programme and update on a monthly
basis. Once a Contractor is appointed a programme will be provided at four weekly intervals to the
NEC Project Manager, this programme will subsequently be incorporated into the monthly report.
