Chapter 3 : Methodology

- Research Design

 The type of research specifies the methods to be used in research.


 Research design is consistent on the fundamentals that are considered in making the
research.
 Research design highlights the type of research to be done.

- Samples and Sampling Techniques to be used


 Samples are properly describes as suitable respondents for the research.
 Sampling Technique used is appropriate for the research study.
 Proper emphasis and guidelines are interpreted well enough to substantiate the
sampling techniques being done.

- Research Locus
 The place and context of the study is clear and appropriate.
 The place and context of the study is well – explained and well - described.

- Instrumentation
 Research instrument is properly validated.
 Research instrument follows a particular format.
 Instrumentation follows a certain protocol considering the system of precision.
 Research questions in the research instruments reflect the aspects of the study being
conducted.

- Data Gathering Procedure


 The data collection description is appropriate for the research processes.
 All the necessary tests set – ups and questioning reflects the research protocol of the
chosen study.

- Statistical Analysis of Data


 The chosen statistical treatment is highly relevant on the research.
 The statistical treatment is properly described with the formula to be used.
 Reasons for using the statistical treatment are properly elaborated.
