Document Analysis

I. Functional Requirements
 When the customer visits the website, the system provides categories such as men, women,
kids, sports, brands, and released dates.
 If the user toggle the mouse cursor into the categories, the system will show different groups
of product.
 Under each categories, the system will show varying groups for which the customer can
choose.
 In the homepage of the website, there is a headline which highlights the promotion that
Adidas is offering.
 The customer or the user can order as a guest or create an Adidas account.
 Both order transaction (order as a guest or using Adidas account) requires the customer’s
information including credit cards information if the customer prefer cashless payment
instead of Cash on Delivery.
 The website provides a tracking activity regarding to the pending order of the customer.
 If the user clicked on a specific product, the system will show the features.
 The user can add multiple products into their bags before they proceed to the placement of
their orders.
 The user can write about their insight regarding to the product as well as to company’s
service.

II. Non-functional Requirements


 As required by the website, the user should provide an email address before proceeding to
placing their orders. The website will give an update regarding to the progress of their parcel.
 The website will send news and special offers to the user’s email.
 The website offers an online shop support to Facebook and live chat which entertain queries
from the customers (Monday-Friday 9am-9pm; Saturday 9am – 6pm).
 The website will automatically log-out the user’s account if the user suddenly close the
window without signing it out.
 During the product shipping, one of the Adidas agents shall call the customer to ask if they
are still willing to pursue their orders or if there are changes regarding to their delivery
information.
 The customer can print a copy of the receipt of their orders.
