TROY, MICH., January 3, 2011 – Inteva Products, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of The
Renco Group, Inc., today announced the appointment of four product line executives
reporting directly to Lon Offenbacher, Inteva’s President and CEO. Inteva has organized its
product and service offerings around four product lines: closure systems, interior systems,
roof systems, and motors and electronics. The executive appointments, effective
immediately, are:
The product line executives will be responsible for program management, product strategy
and product line profitability and growth. Inteva’s innovative product lines serve a variety of
industries including: automotive, commercial vehicle, defense, consumer and recreational
products, industrial and marine applications.
Pierre Blanchard was formerly the Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering for the
ArvinMeritor Body Systems business group. Additionally, in the last 18 months, he led the
Supplier Development activities for Body Systems. Blanchard began his career with
ArvinMeritor over 20 years ago as a Manufacturing Engineer and has held positions of
progressive responsibility in both France and the United States including serving as Site
Manager of the Esson, France facility. Blanchard has a degree in engineering from Institut
Catholique des Arts et Metiers.
Bill Hanna has served as Chief Engineer of Closure Systems for Inteva Products since
May, 2010. Prior to joining Inteva, Hanna was the Director of Safety Systems Engineering
for Delphi Electronics and Safety, residing in Shanghai, China. In this position he was
Stefan Land was most recently the Vice President and General Manager of the
ArvinMeritor Body Systems business group, a position he has held since 2008. In 2007
Land was appointed Vice President, Quality for ArvinMeritor’s Light Vehicle Systems
business group. Land joined ArvinMeritor in January 2004 as Senior Director of Global
Quality for the Emissions Technology business group after serving in a number of
leadership positions within the automotive industry in Germany, including plant and
procurement management roles. Land has a degree in mechanical engineering from
Berufsakademie, in Stuttgart, Germany.
Pat Stewart is a member of the executive staff that successfully launched Inteva Products
in 2008. He has global engineering responsibility for technical centers in Vandalia, Ohio;
Troy, Mich.; and Wuppertal, Germany. Prior to joining Inteva, Stewart held a wide variety of
assignments at Delphi and other suppliers. He has held assignments in material and
process, equipment and tooling, product engineering, product design, and program
management. Stewart received a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the
University of Dayton and a master’s degree in Engineering Science from Rensselaer
Polytechnical Institute.
