weaknesses of those around you. You must be aware of all of those things about
yourself. You can fail when you ignore your own weaknesses or exploit/ignore the
weaknesses of others.
5. PERSUASION Consider persuasion as the ability to open another person’s eyes to
possibilities they had not considered.
6. CONCEPTUALIZATION Don’t think “what needs to be done for today” start thinking
what are we having if we improve something we dreamed of.
7. FORESIGHT Learn from the past, consider the reality of the present, and think of the
consequences of upcoming decisions.
8. STEWARDSHIP In a servant-leader this one means that being accountable in every
situation.
9. COMMITMENT TO THE GROWTH OF PEOPLE Growth is not just technical in
nature. Consider their personal growth and spiritual growth as well. You need to
decide how you can do that best for each person on your team.
10. BUILDING COMMMUNITY This one is not just the same as building a community
but, building a team that have one goal to accomplish.

Strong decision-making skills: A good leader must have the knowledge
and experience in making a decision in order to have a befit in a team or
individual. However, a strong servant leader isn’t afraid to make an
unpopular decision or offer critical feedback when necessary.

servant leadership style pays attention to and understands the needs of
others. A great leader listens well and takes the perspectives and
experiences of others into account.

around you is essential. Managing your emotions and behavior, especially
during critical moments, is key to establishing trust and openness among
your team members.
Foresight: A servant leaders must have the experience to inform the expectation
in the future, the servant leaders must think ahead because they are the one who
is accountable if something bad happen.
Commitment to others: The servant leadership model is just as much about the
