3. It

20
minute
run
time
halves
respectively.
Stop
time
will
occur
in
the
last
2-‐minutes
of
the
second
half
unless
a
team
is
ahead
by
more
than
9
points
at
the
one
minute
mark.
2. Overtime
will
only
take
place
during
playoff
games
and
shall
consist
of
one
2
minute
stop
time
period.
Consecutive
overtime
will
occur
until
someone
is
victorious.
3. Half-‐time
will
consist
of
2
minute
for
round-‐robin
games,
and
5
minutes
for
playoff
games,
unless
the
game
is
behind
schedule,
in
which
case
the
referee
can
shorten
the
length
of
half-‐time.
Half-‐time
must
be
at
least
2
minutes.
1
minute
is
given
prior
to
the
start
of
an
overtime
period.
1. Each
team
is
given
1
non-‐transferable
time-‐out
per
half.
One
time-‐out
is
given
per
team
in
the
overtime
period.
Time-‐outs
are
30
seconds
long

2. The

The
referee
only
administers
throw-‐ins
in
the

call
and
during
stop-‐
time
situations.
All
other
times,
teams
are
allowed
to
inbound
the
ball

where
the
ball
went
out,
as
soon
as
they
gain
control
of
the
ball.
3. Free
substitution
can
occur
anytime
except
on
free

as
long
as
playing

inbound
the
ball
whenever
it
is
sent
out
of
play,
and
ten
seconds

6. A
possession
arrow
will
determine
who
gets
possession
of
each
jump
ball
and
who
gets
possession
of
the
ball
at
the
start
of
the
second
half.
For
example,
if
Team
A
wins
the

the
possession
arrow
will
point
to
Team
B
and
Team
B
will
get
possession
of
the
ball
when
the
next
jump
ball
is
called
(or
at
half
time
if
no
jump
ball
is
called
in
the
half).
The
possession
arrow
will
then
point
to
Team
A,
who
will
get
possession
of
the
next
jump
ball,
and
so
on.
7. The
following

violations
will
also
award

made
blindly
(i.e.
referee
believes
that
player
is
unaware
of
surroundings)
the
ball
will
be
considered
out
of
bounds
regardless
of
the
save
attempt.
·
No
save
attempts
are
to
be
made
intentionally
off
an
opposing
player.
Any
such
actions
will
result
in
the
ball
being
called
out
of
bounds.
·
Players
are
permitted
to
intentionally
save
to
a
team
mate,
to
an
open
area
of
the
court
(if
deemed
intentional
by
the
referee),
or
to
call
a
time
out.
1. If
a
team
fails
to
appear
with
a
minimum
of
3
players
within
five
minutes
past
the
scheduled
start
of
the

they
will
default

game
to
the
opposition.
Defaulted
games
may
result
in
a
loss
of
Spirit
Deposit.
2. The
winning
team
in
a
defaulted
game
will
be
given
3
points
and
a
20-‐0

stood
at
the
time
of

if
the
non-‐defaulting
team
was
ahead
at
the
time.
3. The
team
awarded
the
win
for
the
defaulted
game
may
use
the
remaining
time
and
rink
facility
time
for
practice
purposes.
Members
of
the
defaulting
team
can
remain
on
the
floor
only
with
the

the
event
of
a
division
with
an
odd
number
of

one
team

rather
than
3.
This
team
will
receive
a
20‐0
win
and
3
points
in
the
standings
(default
