OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE
Equipment Type: PRIVATE VEHICLE
Equipment Code: S2-MT01 (SEDAN MANUAL TRANSMISION)
Location: IAN’S WORKSHOP CENTER AND DRIVING SCHOOL
Operation Procedure:
1. Walk around and inspect the vehicle (the basic maintenance of the vehicle)
2. Check the stability of the vehicle
3. Adjust the side or rear view mirror by hand or automatic if it is power mirror
4. Adjust the seat and head retrain for your comfort to drive
5. Clear the windshield and windows of distracted items. (follow the law on anti-
distracted driving act RA10913)
6. Close and lock the door
7. pull down the Hand brake
8. Wear the seatbelt
9. Check the paddle shift if it is in Neutral
10. Switch “on” the ignition by turning clockwise if it is not a keyless entry
11. Start the engine
12. After engine in motion, stop at safe place by properly using the pedal brake
13. Make sure the Vehicle is in the full stop and off the engine
14. Pull the hand brake for safety precaution

and forms complete, in order and updated? Tools with safety guards
and in appropriate positions/locations?

9. Is the rest room well-cleaned, dry and sanitized, no unacceptable odor


and free from unnecessary objects such as mops, rags, outdated
signage, dangling objects? Are the urinals, bowls, washbasins, walls and
partitions free from stains, dirt oils, graffiti and unnecessary objects? Is
it equipped with adequate dipper and pails and properly located after
use? Are all water, drainage and electrical systems functional?

10. Are there available receptacles for waste? Are the waste materials
property segregated and disposed

6. Is the motor vehicle good running condition?
7. Is the equipment in condition? If not, was a report prepared
and submitted to authorized personnel?
