due to growing power failure.

During this pandemic, our all-school activities are taking place through online but the electric
supply is causing trouble in our studies. I had to seat for an exam on 2 nd January of 2021 but due
to power lose, I have failed to participate in my final exam. To express my disappointment, there
was load shedding for 5 hours from 1st to 5th January in my area. Due to the power loss,

The persuasive message is asking someone to do something or persuading him or her to buy
something or take some actions. Whereas, a bad news message is delivering rejection in a way
which maintains the goodwill of company and keep the customer satisfied with the rejected
decision. On the other hand, A good will message is to congratulate someone without any
previous notice for his or her achievement. Firstly, in order to sales any product, it is important
to encourage others in different ways so that the products can be sold at quicker pace in the
market. Secondly, In the business world, no word is considered so negative that mangers struggle
to say it but the bad news message focuses on the audience emotions and deliver the way which
doesn’t hurt the customer. Bad news and persuasive message can be presented through direct and
indirect approach. When the audience is strong minded, mostly the direct approach is used but
indirect approach is used when the impact is personal and consequence is quite significant.
Thirdly, Goodwill message is focus on building relationship with customer. It recognizes the
contribution of others and highlights the people lives. Example of Persuasive message, XYZ
company is sending text message to its all customers about the 50 % new year sales discount.
Which is a form of persuasive message because it is building the desire of the customer to buy
the product. Secondly, ABC company has sent letter to MR Y, saying that they will not be able
to give him annual report of the company before publication with explaining all company policy.
Example of the goodwill message, MR S has been working with LKJ organization for last 10
years and he just received a promotion with the message of his contribution for last couple of
years.

In my point of view, the top 3 presentation skill tips for fresher student’s would-be planning
speeches and presentation, Mastering the delivery and appearing with more confident. First of
all, In the planning section, it is always important to determine the main purpose, gather
information of the presentation. It is very hard to capture the interest while presentation. Thus,
analyzing audience with a preplanned can help to capture the interest and keep them interested
throughout the complete presentation. Planning can help to have enough information which he or
she will have to present. Secondly, after having enough information about the presentation, it is
important to master the delivery in a way so that the main purpose of the presentation can be
achieved. There are different ways of mastering the delivery such as memorizing, reading,
impromptu speaking, speaking from notes. As a fresher, he or she should not try to memorize the
whole presentation speech but the key points and introduction. He or she can make keynotes of
their speech and write them down in the note which can help them to deliver a better
presentation. Lastly, confident is the main key of a successful presentation. As they deliver the
message, they should be aware of few things such as grab the interest of the audience at the
beginning, maintain eye contact with the audience and using appropriate gesture. Furthermore,
When they will get comfortable with the audience, think positively and focus on outside of
themselves, that will help them to be more confident which will produce an effective
presentation.
