Chinhoyi University of Technology is pleased to make you a conditional offer in the above mentioned programme. This
offer is conditional upon payment of the required Tuition Fees and production of: -

i. Acceptable I.D particulars such as (National I.D or Valid Passport)


ii. Original copies of Educational and Professional Certificates
iii. Original Birth Certificate
iv. Certified Copies of your National Identity Card, Birth Certificate, Educational and Professional Certificates

REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEES


Creation of Registration Numbers and Registration shall be done online after payment of fees. Fees is five hundred
and ninety United States Dollars (US$590) per semester or an equivalent amount in ZW$ using the prevailing
exchange rate at the time of payment. The University reserves the right to review the fees. The registration process
shall only be complete when you have been issued with a student identity card.

Fees are payable at the Universitys Cash Office or through following banks: ZWL$ : ZB Bank Chinhoyi Branch, Account
Number 4565-38695-200 ZWL$ : CBZ Bank, Chinhoyi Branch, Account Number 09821460210054 US$ : ZB Bank,
Chinhoyi Branch, Account Number 4565-386395-410 US$ : CBZ Bank, Chinhoyi Branch, Account Number
09821460210084 ZIPIT and Eco cash payments are not allowed. Orientation shall be held online on 20 and 21
February 2021. Online Lectures will commence on 27 February 2021. Note that Lectures will be delivered online until
further notice.

If you have any queries relating to this offer, please do not hesitate to contact me. The University reserves the right to
cancel this offer. If you register and withdraw before the commencement of the semester you shall be charged
twenty-five percent(25%) of fees as administration fees. If you register and withdraw after the commencement of the
semester, you shall be charged fifty percent (50%) of fees as administration fees. Finally, I wish to congratulate you
on being enrolled for study at Chinhoyi University of Technology and would like to take this opportunity to wish you an
enjoyable study. Upon Graduation at the end of your studies, you shall be awarded an internationally recognised
degree which will definitely open many avenues to change your life.
