I. INTRODUCTION

Problems will always be common to every organization, may it be within our school, our
group of friends, or even at our very own church. With our group, we always keep in mind that
we have a God that will enable us to do everything in His power.

As for now, we may not be facing any serious problem but we are prepared because a
verse from the bible states that, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
PHILIPPIANS 4:13”

May God bless us all!

II. GENERAL SITUATION

B. ATTENDANCE

We have a total of 20 youth members within the scope of JANUARY- DECEMBER 2020.
We have considered 17 active members based on their participation every Sunday service,
during our Youth activities and other church ministries. We are now trying to come up with new
actions on reaching out the remaining 3 inactive members.

C. ACTIVITIES

 Church Cleaning
-Every Saturday @1:00 pm
 Praise and Worship Practice
-every Saturday @ 2:00 pm
 Cellgroup
- every Saturday @ 3:00 pm
 Choir Practice
-every Saturday @ 5:00 pm

III. PROBLEMS/ CONCERNS

As of now, the biggest concern we probably have is the pandemic because of


interruptions in our programs for the youth.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS

o More activities for the district
