Out of Notified Hours Clause

This policy provides coverage if the insured uses certain airfields and airports outside of notified hours, provided the insured obtains prior permission from the owner or operator of the airfield or airport. Coverage under the policy is not invalidated for using airfields and airports outside of the hours previously notified, as long as the appropriate permission is granted beforehand.

OUT OF NOTIFIED HOURS CLAUSE

The coverage provided by this Policy shall not be invalidated as a result of the use, by the
Insured, of certain airfields and/or airports out of the notified hours, subject to prior
permission having been granted by the appropriate owner and/or operator of such airfield
and/or airport.
