Third person singular

We add –s to the verb to form the


third person singular (he, she, it).

Simple:
BUT
• We add –es to verbs that end • for habits and actions
in –ss, -sh, -ch, -x, -o. that we do regularly:
I watch – he watches He visits his friends
every Sunday.
• With verbs ending in She goes to school
consonant + y, we change by bus.
