Analysis:
1. Style of Letter
The three letters have a semi-block style letter style, in which the text format of the semi-
block style is parallel left, layout on the date, letterhead, complementary covers, and
signatures are in the same position that is centered with a slight right. While the address,
subject, greetings, letter content, and attachments are in the same position, that is left
aligned.

2. The Structure of the Letter

- Letterhead
All three letters have letterhead on top of the letter and centered, letterhead containing
information about our company.
- Date of preparation letter
The three letters have the date of making the letter which is located under the
letterhead and flattened to the right.
- Inside address
Inside address has a flat left format, in this section contains information about the
subject to be addressed such as name, address, and position. All three letters have an
inside address, but a company letter has an incomplete inside address which only has
the position of the intended subject.
- Salutation
Salutation is a polite greeting to start the conversation on the body of letter. all three of
these letters are only company letters that do not have this section.
- Body of letter
Body of letter has a left aligned format that contains what will be delivered by the
intended subject. All three letters have a body of letter.
- Complimentary close
Complimentary close includes an additional cover of the letter. All three letters have this
section.
- Signature
This section contains the signature of the person who wrote the letter. All three letters
have this section.
- Type name
This section contains the name of the person who wrote the letter and is under the
signature. All three letters have type names
- Title
This section contains the position of the author. All three letters do not have this section.
- Initial composer
This section contains the names of the initials that make up this letter. all three letters
do not have this section.

3. Tone
The tone used in all three letters is soft, where each word has no confirmation in the form of
exclamation marks or capital letters.

4. Language
The language used in the first letter is standard and polite, it can be seen from the exposure
of the information provided, the authors describe it in a structured manner and explain it.
This letter uses the right tense and vocabulary.
The language used in the second letter is polite, as seen from the information given, the
author describes it in a structured manner and explains it.
The language used in the third letter is standard and polite, but there is a writing error for
the person pronoun where the pronoun written is "he" which should be "she".

5. Punctuation
In all three letters are correct in the use of punctuation, such as the use of commas (,) and
periods (.). Comma punctuation marks are used to separate one explanation from another
explanation but are still in one subject, while the use of period punctuation is used to end a
subject or paragraph.

6. Correction
the letter that has an improvement is in letter 3, the thing that needs to be fixed is the
