Program Officer

The new program officer for the School of Law and Governance's Institute of Law (ILAW) is Ms. Wendelyn Vivian "Bing" T. Urgel. She will fill the position being vacated by Ms. Patricia "Tracy" Alfonso effective February 4, 2020. Bing will receive administrative support from Michael "Chun" Asuncion and Karmela "Mela" Balboa. Dear JD Faculty and Students:

Please be informed that Ms. Wendelyn Vivian "Bing" T. Urgel is the new
program officer of the School of Law and Governance primarily assigned to
assist the faculty and students of, and attend to matters relating to, the
Institute of Law (ILAW). She will fill in the position to be vacated by Ms.
Patricia “Tracy” Alfonso, effective on Tuesday, February 04, 2020. Let us extend
our warm welcome and assistance to Bing as she navigates through her tasks
and responsibilities in ILAW.

Bing will receive administrative support from Michael “Chun” Asuncion and
Karmela “Mela” Balboa.

In the same vein, let us bid a happy farewell to Tracy as we thank her for her
dedicated service to the JD community. We congratulate her for having
completed her Master’s degree in Education, and wish her success as she
prepares to obtain her license as a guidance counselor.
