The chief executive officer of Microsoft MR Satya Nadella’s desires and aim is to submit their prior
responsibility to general public just because to insure their intensive growth according to modern age

That’s why they initiate many CSR projects in different area of world that works for the people career
growth.

Project Shiksha
In 2012, 9246 teachers were trained in India who trained 50000 students in which 70% are able to
gained their competitive successful jobs.

Project Shaksham
Skilled development is critical for teachers to be able to incorporate technology into their coaching and
advance the learning experience for students. With a belief that Saksham enables teachers to digitize

The eventual goal of the project is to escalate student interest in computer-science at a time when
space-based observations are composed to transform our understanding of the earth, our solar system,
and this great universe. As Stuart Martin, Chief Executive of the Satellite Applications Catapult, put it:
“The opportunity to make satellite technology accessible to everyone is exciting. These technologists of
the future will be building a new generation of digital businesses that leverages this opportunity across a
range of industries.”

about information technology and they started it in December 2018 by indulging around 15000
Microsoft expert according economics time.

Bills and Mandala gates foundation awarded by second best active CSR corporation according to FORBS
news.

Conclusion
Overall, we give Microsoft a ‘Doing Okay’ score mainly because it is difficult for us to judge how far
they’ve come given their lack of measureable targets. Upon reading the report, it can be said that we did
not really understand how much overall progress Microsoft has truly made. But of all the things they
reported on, we have the greatest comfort that Microsoft is making real progress on their responsible
sourcing, accessibility to technology, climate change & energy and society. Perhaps they are doing
‘pretty good.’ Actually, Microsoft is such a big name that it does not need to market its name because
every Personal computer having windows installed speaks about Microsoft itself. Conclusively, it can be
said that companies like Microsoft are leading CSR from the front in its true meanings and they must be
appreciated for this.
