Hello young learners! Have you seen materials that are changing in
your surroundings?
Some changes in the materials have harmful effects to the
environment. There are some ways of preventing the harmful effects to the
environment. In this module you will learn about the harmful effects of the
changes in the materials to the environment.

What I Can Do
A. Let’s do a project this time. We will make a recyclable pot for our
plants at home. Come on kids, gather now your materials and follow
the instruction below.
Objective
In this activity, you will make a pot using recyclable materials. Instead
of throwing them away you can use this as a pot for your plants and
vegetables at home.
Materials Needed
Scissor
Plastic bottle (1.5 soft drink, mineral bottle and etc)
Seedlings/ flower plant
Optional (Paint or pintura)
Procedure
1. First, clean all the bottles you have collected above.
2. Next, prepare your scissor and cut the bottle into two. Please ask
an adult to help you so as to avoid cutting your hands.
3. Then, use a pentel pen/ball pen to form a pattern of petals just like
a real flower. Cut it out into four/five parts.
4. After that, make a small hole at the center and drill at least five
holes on the bottom of the other half of the bottle.
5. Lastly, put the flower to the hole of the other bottle. You can also
use paints (optional only) to color or design your pot. Fill up the
recycled flower pot with soil and place your
seedlings/vegetable/flowers into the soil.
Wow! finally you made it. You have now your own recyclable pots
using plastic bottles.
1. Zoey loves to take her dog for a walk every morning. At the same, she
does some exercise to become physically fit and healthy. Along the
way she sees lots of plastic bottle anywhere. If you were Zoey, what
will you do to make the environment clean?

three months he changes the tires and keep it in their backyard. Now
